• Students and Staff, The 112th Stark Reading County Contest is Tuesday, Feb. 2 at the Lutcher Theatre. Our very own Circe (pronounce Sir-See) Pelias and Blaze Williams will be competing against representatives from West Orange, Bridge City, Orangefield, and LCM for a chance to win up to a total of $9,000 in scholarships. VHS has received the top prizes for the past 5 years, and we want to take home the win this year as well. Come out and support these students and read timeless literature on Feb. 2nd at 6:00 at the Lutcher Theatre in Orange. Admission is free, and refreshments will be served to the audience.
