- Junior/Senior Prom will be held Saturday, April 25th at the Event Centre in downtown Beaumont from 7:30-11:00 pm. Prom tickets will be on sale Monday-Thursday next week during both lunches. They'll also be sold next Friday before school. Ticket price will be $30 each, and you must have your prom contract signed BEFORE you can purchase your ticket. All ticket sales are FINAL.
- Attention Seniors, don’t forget your senior packets are due by May 1st. Please turn these into Mrs. Hoffpauir’s office asap.

- Juniors and Seniors, if you plan on attending Prom, you must have a contract signed. Stop by Mrs. Hoffpauir’s office to pick one up. Contracts must be returned to Mrs. Hoffpauir before you can purchase your ticket.

If you are at least 15 years old and will be attending Vidor High School next year, this opportunity is for you! Would you like to earn some extra money over the Summer while working during the day, Monday to Thursday, and enjoy three-day weekends? If so, consider working for the Vidor ISD Maintenance/Warehouse. Please stop by Mrs. Smith's office in the Main Office to pick up your application beginning April 13th. The deadline for submitting your application is May 15th, and spots will be limited this year.

The feature films include "Taped Over," "You're the Key," and "Searching for My Boo." See you there.

- The Pirate Tennis Team competed in their District Tournament the past two days! We were able to finish in the top 4 in 4 of the 5 brackets! Help me in congratulating Athan Peterson and Cheyenne Sartin for placing 4th in Mixed Doubles. Claire Fawcett and Gia Barker for placing 3rd in Girls Doubles. Jordan Goodman and Hudson Gau for placing 2nd in Boys Doubles, and Sydnee Seymour for placing 2nd in Girls Singles. A big shout-out to our Regional Qualifiers, Sydnee Seymour, Jordan Goodman, and Hudson Gau. Regionals will be next week at Bryan High School.
