  • Attendance Winners for the week of November 17th-21st are 12th grade- Desmond Gross, 11th grade- Gabriel Goff, 10th grade- Claudia Hall, 9th grade- Sterling Franklin. 
  • JBB is this Saturday, December 6th. Tickets are $20 each and are on sale this week during lunch. You must turn in your contract before you can purchase your ticket. 
  • If you were a sweetheart or beau for homecoming and would like a chance to win Mr & Ms. Merry Christmas, please stop by Mrs. B. Smith's office, Mr. Dart’s Secretary to get an application. Applications must be turned in before the end of the day on Thursday, December 4th.
  • Students who are planning on competing in the UIL Debate need to see Mrs. Conn in room 601. You will need to meet with Mrs.Conn no later than Wednesday of this week.

  • Today’s the day—our Book Fair is now OPEN! Swing by the library anytime with a pass, at lunch, or after school to shop!
  • Teachers! The Library Holiday Market is officially open! Come browse handmade items and festive gifts crafted by our own staff. Perfect for holiday shopping!
  • Today is the day! Lady Pirate Soccer tryouts start today during 8th period and will finish after school by 5 pm! Tryouts will finish on Wednesday, December 3rd.
  • Attention all NHS members - the December Meeting will be on Wednesday, Dec 3rd, before school at 7:50 or after school at 3:45.  Please make plans to attend.  

THOUGHT OF THE DAY: New month, new mindset. December may be the last chapter of the year, but it’s also a chance to finish strong and step into the next year with purpose.

  • Attention students! After Thanksgiving break, the Book Fair is back and better than ever! Come shop during lunch, after school, or even during class with a note from your teacher. We take cash, cards, and tap-to-pay, so it’s easy to grab your favorites. And let’s be real… the Book Fair was EVERYONE’S favorite thing in elementary school—so come relive the magic! See you there!
  • There will be a French Club meeting on Friday morning before school in Coach Richard's room.

THOUGHT OF THE DAY: Kindness costs you nothing but can mean everything to someone else. Spread a little today.

  • The Pirate Escapades Talent Show & Beauty Pageant will be held on Saturday, December 13th. Congratulations to the following for being nominated to represent their grade level as beauties.

  • Attention Students, if you plan on attending JBB, you must have a contract signed before you can purchase a ticket. Please stop by Mrs. Hoffpauir’s office in the main office to pick one up. Tickets go on sale Monday, December 1st. 
  • Hey, Students and staff! Don’t forget your cash, Food Day is tomorrow, Thursday, November 20th. There will be a variety of foods for sale during lunches, such as salsa, queso, and chips, Raising Cane's, Panda Express, Snow Cones, Crumble Cookies, Candy, Snacks, and more! 
  • Are you looking for a fun, competitive, and empowering sport to be part of? Do you want to build confidence, make new friends, and challenge yourself both mentally and physically? Join the Girls’ Golf Team! No experience? No problem! We welcome beginners and experienced players alike. Golf is a sport you can enjoy for life, and now is the perfect time to start. See Coach Smith in room 406 for more details.
